Rezultati: Zaposleni organizacijsko klimo zaznavajo pretežno pozitivno. Najvišje ocenjene so bile dimenzije notranji odnosi, odnos do kakovosti in organiziranost.

Title:Employee satisfaction and organization climate at the Ambulance station of the University Clinical Center of Ljubljana
Abstract:Introduction: The purpose of the master's thesis was to investigate the perception of organizational climate and job satisfaction among employees at the Ambulance station of the University Clinical Center of Ljubljana. Methods: The survey was conducted in 2024/25 using a structured questionnaire that included eleven dimensions of organizational climate and eleven factors of job satisfaction. The sample consisted of employees from the Ambulance Station of the University Clinical Center of Ljubljana. The results were compared with the national SiOK survey for the period 2020–2022. Results: Employees generally viewed the organizational climate positively. Top-rated dimensions were internal relations, quality orientation, and organization. Job satisfaction was highest for job stability, colleagues, supervisor, and work itself. Areas for improvement included salary, working conditions, and strategic communication. Discussion and conclusion: Comparison with the SiOK survey shows a stable perception of organizational climate and job satisfaction over time, with slight variations between dimensions. Employees emphasized the need to strengthen motivation, internal communication, professional training, and working conditions. The study contributes to academia and clinical practice by highlighting areas where measures can improve job satisfaction, work quality, and healthcare services.
