Abstract:Diplomsko delo »Vzporednost in prepletanje tradicionalnih ter agilnih metod projektnega managementa« raziskuje možnosti kombiniranja tradicionalnih in agilnih metod vodenja projektov za prilagajanje in optimizacijo dinamičnega poslovnega okolja.

Title:Parallelism and complementarity of traditional and agile methods of project management
Abstract:The diploma thesis »Paralleling and integration of traditional and agile methods of project managemen« basically explores the possibilities of combining traditional and agile methods of project management to adapt and optimize a dynamic business environment and its operations. As a rounded whole, it provides an in-depth overview of traditional methodologies, such as Waterfall and Critical path method (CPM), as well as agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban. The thesis thus emphasizes the concept of hybrid project management, which tries to take advantage of the advantages of both traditional and agile approaches. It discusses the benefits of flexibility, adaptability and optimization of project outcomes that can be achieved through this type of integration. Acknowledging challenges such as cultural resistance and resource allocation, the thesis offers current strategies to overcome these barriers. In doing so, he also explores emerging trends in project management, such as the integration of artificial intelligence and big data analytics.
