Abstract:
Triažiranje nujnih klicev psihiatričnih pacientov je ključno za hitro in ustrezno ukrepanje, saj napačna ocena nujnosti vodi v resne posledice za paciente in neučinkovito rabo virov. V magistrskem delu preučujemo učinkovitost umetne inteligence v primerjavi z zdravstvenim dispečerjem pri triažiranju nujnih klicev s psihiatrično simptomatiko.
