Abstract:Uvod: Srčno-žilne bolezni predstavljajo glavni vzrok umrljivosti, družinska anamneza pa je eden najpomembnejših neizogibnih dejavnikov tveganja. Izvedli smo vsebinsko analizo. Rezultati: Analizirali smo 11 raziskav ter oblikovali tri glavne kategorije: učinkovitost intervencij, vlogo družinske anamneze ter oblike in izvedbo intervencij. Podkategorije vključujejo izboljšanje znanja o tveganju, spremembo vedenja, klinične/nebiokemične izide, identifikacijo in vključevanje družinskih članov, motivacijo skozi družinske izkušnje, sistematično zbiranje anamneze, osebno svetovanje in edukacijo ter digitalne in eHealth rešitve. Razprava in zaključek: Izobraževalne intervencije zdravstvenih delavcev učinkovito zmanjšujejo dejavnike tveganja za bolezni srca in ožilja pri odraslih s pozitivno družinsko anamnezo. Individualno prilagojeni, multidisciplinarni programi izboljšujejo krvni tlak, lipidni profil, telesno maso ter spodbujajo trajne spremembe življenjskega sloga.

Title:Effectiveness of educational interventions in reducing risk factors for the development of cardiovascular diseases in adults with a positive family history
Abstract:Introduction: Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of mortality, with family history being one of the most significant non-modifiable risk factors. The aim was to evaluate the effectiveness of educational interventions by healthcare professionals in reducing risk factors for cardiovascular disease in adults with a positive family history. Methods: A systematic literature review was conducted in PubMed, CINAHL (EBSCOhost), Web of Science, and the Cochrane Library. The studies were critically appraised using the JBI tool and classified in a hierarchy of evidence. Thematic analysis was performed. Results: Eleven studies were analyzed and three main categories were established: intervention effectiveness, the role of family history, and forms and implementation of interventions. Subcategories include improvement of risk knowledge, behavioral change, clinical/non-biochemical outcomes, identification and involvement of family members, motivation through family experiences, systematic family history collection, personal counseling and education, and digital/eHealth solutions. Discussion and conclusion: Educational interventions by healthcare professionals effectively reduce cardiovascular risk factors in adults with a positive family history. Individually tailored, multidisciplinary programs improve blood pressure, lipid profile, body mass, and encourage lasting lifestyle changes.
