Abstract:	Diplomsko delo obravnava vodenje sodelavcev na daljavo v podjetju Tridens d. o. o. in vpliv digitalnih komunikacijskih orodij, stila vodenja ter motivacije zaposlenih na učinkovitost in zavzetost pri delu. Cilj raziskave je bil ugotoviti, kako vodje s pomočjo digitalnih orodij in ustreznega pristopa ohranjajo povezanost ter zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, ki delajo izven klasičnega delovnega okolja. Rezultati ankete so pokazali, da so zaposleni večinoma zadovoljni z vodenjem in s komunikacijo, pri čemer orodja, kot so Microsoft Teams, Zoom ter Slack, omogočajo učinkovito sodelovanje. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da transformacijski stil vodenja, ki temelji na zaupanju in odprti komunikaciji, pozitivno vpliva na motivacijo zaposlenih. Delo poudarja pomen redne komunikacije, povratnih informacij in usposabljanja vodij za delo v digitalnem okolju.

Title:	Managing remote colleagues in Tridens d. o. o.
Abstract:	The thesis explores remote team leadership in the company Tridens d. o. o., focusing on the impact of digital communication tools, leadership style, and employee motivation on work efficiency and engagement. The aim of the research was to determine how leaders use digital tools and appropriate leadership approaches to maintain connection and satisfaction among employees working outside the traditional office environment. Survey results show that employees are mostly satisfied with leadership and communication, while tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Slack enable effective collaboration. The study found that a transformational leadership style based on trust and open communication positively influences employee motivation. The thesis emphasizes the importance of regular communication, feedback, and leadership training for effective management in a digital environment.
