Abstract:Preoblikovanje telesa od posameznika zahteva precej časa in energije.

Title:Three month workout programme to improve hypertrophy
Abstract:Transforming the body requires a lot of time and energy from an individual. Everyone is capable of change, if the plan is well-designed. For long-term results, monitoring and interpreting is necessary. This way, enthusiasm is maintained, because the goals are clear. The diploma thesis describes all of the elements that an individual needs to know to achieve the goal of changing the body. In addition, actual examples of establishing this plan are also added, with the described results. Of course, the final result for individuals may vary on many factors, including some outside of our control. The fact is that everybody can change with the right approach, work and the professionalism of the trainer. I believe that the immeasurable nature of results is the main reason why most people give up exercising. For this reason, I also wanted to provide measurable progress results in the thesis, which will encourage exercisers to continue following the given plan in the future. However, I wanted to give them a simple way to monitor progress that they can use themselves. As the experiment continues, it is clear that anyone can use the method of measuring body circumference with a measuring tape and measuring body weight. These two methods alone are enough to demonstrate progress.
