Abstract:	Diplomsko delo raziskuje in primerja kanvas tehnike za poslovno načrtovanje Business Model Canvas, Lean Canvas in Value Proposition Canvas. Namen raziskave je preučiti navedene tehnike in jih uporabiti v kontekstu raziskovalno-razvojnega laboratorija, edinstvenega virtualnega podjetja, namenjenega študentom in raziskovalcem. Cilj naloge je identificirati ključna področja za posodobitev poslovnega modela in oblikovati smernice za njegovo izboljšanje. V teoretičnih osnovah delo ponuja primerjalno analizo kanvas tehnik. V aplikativnem delu so izbrane tehnike uporabljene v ustreznih fazah preučevanja poslovnega modela. Informacije za prepoznavanje štirih ključnih področij izboljšav in oblikovanje 14 smernic in ukrepov so pridobljene z anketo in dvema intervjujema. Med drugimi so kot perspektivna ciljna skupina za razvoj tržne ponudbe prepoznana manjša in srednje velika proizvodna podjetja, ter so predlagani angažiranje strokovnega sodelavca za odnose z javnostmi in implementacija uporabe velikih jezikovnih modelov za podporo administrativnim nalogam.

Title:	Comparison of canvas business planning techniques in a selected research and development laboratory
Abstract:	This thesis explores and compares business planning canvas techniques: Business Model Canvas, Lean Canvas, and Value Proposition Canvas. The purpose of the research is to examine these techniques and apply them within the context of a selected research and development laboratory – a unique virtual enterprise designed for students and researchers. The objective of the paper is to identify key areas for updating laboratory’s business model and to formulate guidelines for its improvement. Within the theoretical framework a comparative analysis of the selected techniques is provided. In the application part proposed techniques are applied in the appropriate stages of business model evaluation. Information used to identify four key areas for improvement, as well as to formulate 14 guidelines and measures, was obtained through a survey and two interviews. Among other findings, small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises were identified as a promising target group for the new value proposition. Furthermore, engaging a public relations specialist and implementing the use of large language models to support administrative tasks are proposed.
