Abstract:V magistrskem delu je bil pripravljen program športne vadbe na prostem, namenjen otrokom prvega in drugega vzgojno-izobraževalnega obdobja.

Title:Outdoor physical activity as support for the holistic development of the child
Abstract:This master's thesis presents an outdoor sports training program designed for children in the first and second educational periods. The program was developed with the aim of promoting the holistic development of the child and includes three content modules: outdoor physical activity, a skiing course, and a swimming course. The theoretical part outlines the importance of play, movement, and the natural environment for child development, and defines motor skills as well as principles of safe physical activity. Special emphasis is placed on Playness pedagogy, which highlights movement and playfulness as fundamental means of children's learning and development. The practical part presents a 35-hour training program divided into thematic units, in which objectives, teaching methods, organization, and safety aspects are clearly defined. The program is designed to support the development of motor abilities, social skills, a responsible attitude toward nature, and a positive relationship with physical activity. It was found that such a program can make a significant contribution to the holistic development of children and can serve as an effective model of extracurricular sports activity in a natural environment.
