Podatki so bili zbrani s pomočjo individualnih intervjujev in analizirani z metodo tematske analize.

Title:Cooperation with immigrant parents
Abstract:The thesis explores the cooperation with immigrant parents in kindergarten and its importance for the successful integration of children into the educational process. The theoretical part presents the concepts of immigration, communication and cooperation with parents, with an emphasis on the integration of children and families from various cultural and linguistic backgrounds. The empirical part is based on a qualitative study in which 24 preschool teachers participated. The data were collected through individual interviews and analysed using a thematic analysis method. The purpose of the study was to determine how teachers experience cooperation with immigrant parents, what challenges they encounter, and which forms of cooperation they consider most effective. The results have shown that preschool teachers perceive cooperation as a key factor in the successful integration of children into kindergarten. The greatest challenge is the language barrier, in addition to cultural differences and different degrees of motivation of parents. Personal contact, particularly individual conversations and office hours, has proved to be the most effective form of cooperation. The findings highlight the importance of a tailored and inclusive approach, as well as the need for additional professional and systemic support to improve cooperation with immigrant parents.
