Abstract:Spletna dostopnost predstavlja pomemben pogoj za enakopraven dostop do digitalnih informacij, storitev in spletnih vsebin.

Title:Analysis of web accessibility evaluation based on a systematic literature review
Abstract:Web accessibility is an important prerequisite for ensuring equal access to digital information, services, and online content. Despite the development of international guidelines, standards, and accessibility evaluation tools, many websites still contain barriers that may make web use difficult or even impossible for persons with disabilities. This master’s thesis examines web accessibility evaluation through a systematic literature review, focusing on evaluation methods, standards, tools, domains, the most frequently identified accessibility violations, the involvement of persons with disabilities, and the key challenges and trends in this field. The results of the systematic literature review showed that quantitative methods and evaluations conducted using automated tools predominate in web accessibility assessment. The most frequently applied guidelines are the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), particularly WCAG 2.1 and WCAG 2.0, while the most commonly used tools are WAVE, AChecker, Axe, and TAW. Another important finding of the systematic literature review is that most studies do not involve persons with disabilities in the evaluation process, even though their experiences are essential for understanding the actual usability of websites. To complement the systematic literature review, a survey was also conducted to gain insight into the awareness, use, and perceptions of web accessibility in practice.
