Abstract:Stres predstavlja eno najpomembnejših psihosocialnih tveganj sodobnega delovnega okolja, saj pomembno vpliva na zaposlene, njihove medosebne odnose, delovno uspešnost in uspešnost organizacije kot celote.

Title:Analysis of stress among employees in organization x
Abstract:Stress represents one of the most significant psychosocial risks in the modern work environment, as it has a considerable impact on employees, their interpersonal relationships, job performance, and the overall performance of organizations. Due to increasing work demands, the fast pace of business operations, and increasingly frequent organizational changes, understanding organizational stress is becoming increasingly important for both employees and organizations. This thesis addresses the issue of organizational stress among employees in Organization X and examines the factors contributing to its occurrence, its consequences for employees, and the importance of effective stress management in the workplace. It is based on the understanding that organizational stress cannot be explained solely by employees' individual characteristics, but must be viewed within the broader context of work organization, interpersonal relationships, and support within the work environment. The results of the study revealed that stress among employees is primarily caused by excessive workload, time pressure, and unclear job tasks and responsibilities. The consequences of stress are most commonly reflected in psychological exhaustion, reduced motivation, and feelings of being overwhelmed. The findings also indicate that positive interpersonal relationships, support from colleagues, and adequate managerial support significantly contribute to more effective coping with work-related demands. The findings confirm that organizational factors play an important role in shaping the work environment and influencing employees' experience of stress. Therefore, effective stress management requires a comprehensive approach that includes both individual efforts and the active involvement of the organization in creating a healthy, supportive, and sustainable work environment. Promoting employee well-being thus represents an important factor in the successful and sustainable development of organizations.
