Podatki so bili analizirani z uporabo opisne statistike, predvsem s frekvencami, odstotki, povprečji in grafičnimi prikazi.

Title:Differences in physiological adaptations to training between genders
Abstract:The thesis examines differences in physiological adaptations to strength training between men and women. The aim of the study was to investigate subjective perceptions of muscle mass, muscle strength, recovery, and physical well-being among recreational fitness participants. The research was based on a quantitative research approach using an online survey questionnaire. The study included 100 participants aged between 18 and 35 who regularly engage in strength training. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequencies, percentages, averages, and graphical presentations. The results indicate that men generally rated increases in muscle mass and post-exercise recovery slightly higher than women, while gender differences in perceived progress and physical well-being were less pronounced. Most participants believed that gender influences progress in strength training and that training programs should be partially adapted according to gender. The findings emphasize the importance of an individualized approach to planning strength training programs.
