Teoretična izhodišča poudarjajo pomen inkluzivne organizacijske kulture, enakopravnosti in odprte komunikacije. Ti dejavniki pomembno vplivajo in prispevajo k večjemu zadovoljstvu zaposlenih, opisujejo njihovo motivacijo in pripadnost podjetju v katerem so zaposleni.
Keywords:upravljanje raznolikosti zaposlenih, raznolikost delovne sile, vključevanje vseh, diskriminacija na delovnem mestu, zadovoljstvo zaposlenih.

The purpose of this thesis and the underlying research was to examine employees’ perceptions of diversity in Company X and to determine its relationship with employee satisfaction. The theoretical framework emphasizes the importance of an inclusive organizational culture, equality, and open communication. These factors have a significant impact and contribute to higher levels of employee satisfaction, describe their motivation, and their sense of belonging to the organization where they are employed. However, the surveyed employees identified financial rewards, communication, and organizational commitment as key areas requiring further improvement. The findings suggest that Company X provides a predominantly inclusive work environment; nevertheless, there are opportunities, areas and opportunities for improvement, particularly in the areas of employee rewards and communication. The findings confirm the relationship between diversity, organizational culture, and employee satisfaction and highlight the importance of further developing these areas.
