Abstract:Nevladne organizacije na področju kulturne in tehniške dediščine pomembno prispevajo k ohranjanju dediščine, prenosu znanja in razvoju lokalnih skupnosti, pri čemer se soočajo z vse večjimi organizacijskimi in družbenimi izzivi. Ugotovitve kažejo, da organizacijska odpornost izhaja iz medsebojnega delovanja organizacijskega managementa, organizacijskih zmogljivosti, organizacijskega učenja, razvoja kompetenc, prostovoljstva, partnerstev in organizacijske učinkovitosti. Razviti model predstavlja prispevek k razumevanju upravljanja nevladnih organizacij ter ponuja uporabno podlago za načrtovanje njihovega trajnostnega razvoja in oblikovanje podpornih politik.

Title:Organizational resilience of non-governmental organizations in the field of cultural and technical heritage : development and empirical validation of an integrated model
Abstract:Non-governmental organizations in the field of cultural and technical heritage play a key role in preserving heritage and supporting local communities while facing increasing organizational and societal challenges. This study examines the factors influencing their organizational resilience and develops an empirically validated integrated resilience model. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining a quantitative survey with semi-structured interviews. The findings show that organizational resilience emerges from the interaction of organizational management, capabilities, learning, competence development, volunteering, partnerships, and organizational effectiveness. The proposed model advances the understanding of non-governmental organization management and provides a practical framework for strengthening organizational resilience and supporting sustainable sector development.
