Abstract:
Das Ziel dieser Arbeit war zwei Romane des österreichischen Autors Joseph Roth, Radetzkymarsch und Die Kapuzinergruft zu analysieren und herauszufinden was für ein Bild von Slowenien und den Slowenen in beiden Romanen vorgestellt wird und ob es in der slowenischen Übersetzung dieser Romane zu Unterschieden kam bzw. bei den Stellen die die Slowenen beschreiben.

Abstract:
Cilj tega dela je bil analizirati dva romana avstrijskega avtorja Josepha Rotha: Radetzkyjeva koračnica in Kapucinska grobnica. Želela sem priti do ugotovitve, kakšna je dana podoba Slovenije in Slovencev v obeh romanih in ali je pri prevodu romanov v slovenščino oz. na mestih, ki opisujejo Slovence prišlo do razlik.
