Abstract:Zaposleni so v današnjem poslovnem svetu, poleg dobre tehnologije in materialnih virov, ključnega pomena za uspešnost podjetja. Splošno gledano pa so zaposleni z vodenjem in z delom svojih nadrejenih zadovoljni.

Title:IMPACT OF MANAGEMENT ON THE QUALITY OF THE WORK OF EMPLOYEES IN THE MANUFACTURING PLANT
Abstract:Besides having a good technology and access to material sources the employees are of key importance in today's business world. In my diploma thesis I examined how and in what way to lead, motivate and communicate with employees, how to introduce changes and improvements and what personal characteristics a good manager has to have. I carried out my survey on this topic in the pharmaceutical company Krka d.d. in Novo mesto, in department – plant for hard form of drugs. After thoroughly studying the questionnaires I had given to employees, I came to the conclusion that they find good relations with co-workers and superiors very important and that they also want and long for praise for a job good done. Unsettled mutual relations can be a problem and can affect the quality of their work. The actual level of communication is quite high and most of all they want a feed-back from superiors about their work. The most important personal characteristics the employees expect from their superiors are: professionalism, determination, fairness and effectiveness. And last but not least, employees want that superiors listen to their ideas and suggestions. All in all, they are pleased with them, with their leadership and work in general.
