Abstract:	Vsakdo izmed nas pripada kakšni skupini, bodisi športni, delovni, socialni ali politični. Ljudje se vse bolj zavedamo medsebojne odvisnosti in povezanosti, zato se povezujemo v skupine kjer je med člani več povezanosti in sodelovanja, kar pa je najprimerneje pri sprejemanju kompleksnih odločitev. Ker se v današnjem času konkurenca veča, je glavna naloga podjetji, da se organizirajo tako, da bo njihova produktivnost kar največja. Zato je pomembno, da se oblikujejo delovne skupine, s pomočjo katerih se delo opravi hitreje in učinkoviteje, na vseh ravneh organizacije. Več kot je znanja in izkušenj, večja je interakcija v skupini, vse to pa pomembno vpliva na pozitiven rezultat dela. Delo v skupini ima svoje prednosti in pomanjkljivosti, pri katerih posledično pride do konfliktov med člani skupine. katerim se nobena skupina ne more izogniti. Pomembno je, da se soočimo s problemi in jih sproti rešujemo.

Title:	DESIGNING WORKING GROUPS IN THE ORGANIZATION
Abstract:	Everyone of us belongs to a group, whether sports, business, social or political. People are increasingly aware of the interdependence and integration, so they associated in the group where is among members more integration and cooperation, which is most suitable for making complex decisions. Because of increasing competition, the main task of companies is, that they are organized in such a way, that will maximize their productivity. It is therefore important to establish working groups to help get the job done quickly and efficiently at all levels of the organization. More knowledge and experiences leads to better interaction within the group. All of that significantly affect a positive outcome of the work. Group work has its advantages and disadvantages, which consequently lead to conflicts among team members, which none group cannot be avoided. It is important to face the problems and try to solve them simultaneously. This can only be achieved through good communication.
