Navedli smo nekaj primerov spoprijemanja s takšnimi odpori in pojasnili, kateri načini uvajanja sprememb prinašajo najboljše rezultate. Na praktičnem primeru raziskovanega podjetja smo ugotovili, kako so v podružnici mednarodnega podjetja uvajali uporabo pametnih telefonov in kako so to doživeli zaposleni. Z zaposlenimi smo izvedli strukturiran intervju.

Title:A case of change management from the viewpoint of employees in an international company
Abstract:With advancing technology and increasing competition, it is neccessary for companies to implement changes in how they operate their business. Implementing novelties and quickly adapting to a changing market keeps companies competitive. Employees and their ability to adapt to change and implement it in their working routine are a key factor in managing change. In the theoretic part of our diploma, we summarized how company management adapts to change and how the management then transfers change implementation onto employees. Change is a stressful part of human nature. That is why companies have to cope with employees' resistance to change when trying to implement it. We list several successful ways of handling resistance. We conducted a research in the store unit o fan international company to find out how this company implemented smart phone use among employees and how employees experienced this. We interviewed employees with the use of a structured interview. Analysis of our data showed heightened stress among employees during change implemenation. We discussed why change implementation was stressful for employees and proposed how company management could reduce this stress.
