Abstract:Kadrovske kompetence predstavljajo eno izmed najpomembnejših funkcij v organizacijah. Ustrezna uporaba kompetenc v organizaciji izboljša delo kadrovskih kadrov in s tem posledično pomaga zagotoviti, da pravi ljudje delajo prave stvari. Ker so razdalje med drugimi kontinenti in Evropsko unijo velike, so logistični procesi zelo pomembni in igrajo pomembno vlogo v celotnem postopku.

Title:Competences of human resources in procedures for importing goods from third countries
Abstract:Human resources competences represent one of the most important functions in organisations. In doing so, the HR manager must do her or his job carefully and successfully, as well as taking care of the selection of staff to create a truly successful team. By assessing an organization’s goals and resulting business plans, organisations can identify the capabilities and needs to achieve the desired results. The right use of competences in an organisation improves the work of HR and, as a result, helps to ensure that the right people are doing the right things. The long distances between the countries and the EU make the logistics processes even more important and play a major role in the whole process. In this diploma thesis, we have presented the process of importing goods from third countries, the components of the procedure, the documentation required, the logistics and the competences of the staff that are important for a proper business. Through the research questions, we found out that staff competences are very important, and that this represents the right distribution of staff across the workplace. We also found out what companies find most frustrating and how they deal with it.
