Abstract:Družinska podjetja so pomemben del slovenskega gospodarstva. Dva različna sistema družina in podjetje sta neločljivo povezana med seboj.

Title:Family relationships and possible conflicts and their impact on the development of a family business
Abstract:Family businesses are an important part of the Slovenian economy. At the workplace people with different talents, interests and ideas encounter each other on a daily basis. Because of this enclosure, conflicts are inevitable. In this thesis family relationships, possible conflicts and their impact on the development of a family business were studied. Family business, the relationships and conflicts we often perceive in these businesses have been identified. In a family businesses, two systems are intertwined, namely the family and the business, and so family members are holders of different roles at the same time. Strong intertwining can cause various kinds of conflicts in the company, which will be focused on during this thesis, as well as possible obstacles in resolving them. Crisis periods are in most cases the cause of a tense atmosphere, that is why this thesis also focuses on the ways in which family businesses deal with financial crises, both global and minor. In the empirical part of the thesis the family company Tlakovanje Gomboc will be presented and the relationships between family members and conflicts in the company will be analysed.
