Prekarnost ni zgolj oblika zaposlitve temveč postaja način življenja in premišljevanja o prihodnjem življenju in ustvarja nov delovni razred, razred prekariat.

Title:The influence of precarious employment on employees
Abstract:Labour market, precarious work, employees, form of employment, consequences of precarious work
Keywords:Today, on the basis of a large body of research, precarious work can be defined as a distinctly negative social phenomenon that is changing the labour market and its personnel, and hence the lives of workers, in a way that is incompatible with the standards of a modern legal and social state. And if in the past the motto "Work is liberating" was true, today the motto of most precarious workers is "I work just to survive". The aim of the master thesis was to present the theoretical basis of precariousness and to identify its impact on employees. An exploratory approach was used, with a critical review of secondary literature sources and a quantitative approach, for which data was collected through a survey and interpretation of the findings. The research showed that precarious employment is often involuntary, that young people are a particularly vulnerable group when it comes to atypical employment, that more women are employed in atypical employment, that employees in atypical employme
