Cilj magistrske naloge je bil doseči učinkovito adaptivno vodenje procesa pretoka zraka in preveriti delovanje adaptivnih algoritmov vodenja v realnem okolju z uporabo PLK. Magistrska naloga zajema teoretsko ozadje adaptivnega vodenja, izvedbo simulacij v okolju Matlab, implementacijo izpeljanih algoritmov na industrijskem krmilniku v programskem okolju TIA Portal in testiranje ter optimizacijo delovanja sistema.

Title:Adaptive control of non-linear processes in real time
Abstract:Adaptive control of non-linear processes in real time is a technique used to manage systems that are non-linear and that change over time. This technique allows processes to adapt to changes and dynamic environment, ensuring stability and efficiency. Adaptive control is based on monitoring the process, using mathematical models and algorithms to analyze and adjust the parameters. This technique is widely used in industrial processes such as manufacturing, automation and robotics. In this master thesis, adaptive control is tested on a laboratory process to control the air flow through a system of two vessels connected in a series. The air flow control process is non-linear, which limits the use of classical control methods such as a linear PID controller. The aim of the master thesis was to achieve an efficient adaptive control of the air flow process and to verify the performance of the adaptive control algorithms in a real environment using a PLC. The master thesis covers the theoretical background of adaptive control, the execution of simulations in Matlab, the implementation of the derived algorithms on an industrial controller in the TIA Portal software environment and the testing, as well as the optimization of the system performance.
