Title:Development of an integrated system for cleaning processed pieces in a robotic cell with a lathe
Abstract:The master's thesis examines the development of a system for cleaning processed parts, intended for integration into a robotic cell with a lathe. The main goal of the system is to reduce unwanted stoppages of the robotic cell caused by residues of impurities and chips on the processed parts, thereby contributing to more efficient operation of the entire system. The thesis begins with the definition of the purpose, goals, and theoretical foundations supporting the system's development. This is followed by an analysis of the current state, limitations, and key requirements, which served as the basis for preparing the functional structure and design specification. Based on conceptual solutions, a device was developed and subsequently integrated into the existing robotic cell. Additionally, a cost analysis was performed, along with a calculation of the critical points of the device to ensure its reliable operation. The final result of the thesis is technical documentation that enables the production of a system for cleaning processed parts and its subsequent use or sale to clients.
