Poleg tega digitalizacija izboljšuje skladnost z zakonodajo o varstvu podatkov.

Title:Documents digitalization in the human resource process of the selected company
Abstract:The master thesis focuses on the digitisation of documents in the HR processes of a selected company. The thesis explores the problems associated with traditional paper-based document management and the benefits of digitisation in improving efficiency, security and regulatory compliance. Analysis of the survey results reveals common difficulties in finding and accessing paper documents, which confirms the need for digitisation. The results show that digitisation not only increases the speed and efficiency of document processing, but also improves security and traceability, which is key to protecting sensitive data. The majority of respondents believe that digitisation reduces costs and increases productivity of the Human resources (HR) department, confirming the economic and operational benefits of digital transformation. In addition, digitisation improves compliance with data protection legislation. However, 28% of respondents express concerns about the cost of digitisation compared to paper-based documentation. Based on these findings, the thesis concludes that the digitisation of HR documents represents an important step forward for organisations looking to improve management practices, increase security and reduce costs. It is recommended that companies continue to explore the possibilities of digitisation and develop strategies for its successful implementation and integration into existing HR processes.
