Abstract:Magistrska naloga analizira vpliv organizacijske kulture in vodenja na uspešnost podjetja Impol. V raziskavi bomo ponudili predloge za izboljšanje organizacijske kulture in vodenja v podjetju, skupaj z izboljšanjem inovativnosti, spodbujanjem odprte komunikacije, profesionalnega razvoja zaposlenih in večjo fleksibilnostjo pri odločanju. To bi podjetju omogočalo boljše prilagajanje tržnim spremembam in povečalo kreativnost zaposlenih.

Title:Organizational culture and leadership: a case study of impol
Abstract:The master's thesis analyzes the influence of organizational culture and management on the performance of Impol. It focuses on the intertwining of different leadership styles and cultural models that affect a company's flexibility and its potential for innovation. Organizational culture is crucial to the success of a company because it includes norms and values and these shape the work environment. We will explore different types of cultures, such as market culture, which emphasizes competition, and clan culture, which emphasizes cooperation. In doing so, we will also consider adhocracy, which encourages flexibility, innovation and adaptability. In today's modern business environment, balancing flexibility and stability is imperative for innovation and growth. In addition to organizational culture, we will also explore the influence of leadership styles such as democratic, authoritative and participative style. Emphasis will be placed on a participative style that encourages employee engagement and innovation, but in hierarchical organizations can be an additional barrier to effective implementation. The research will analyze how the current leadership style of Impol affects innovation support and motivation. although the results show a positive working environment, it is possible to see a visible need for improvements in the area of innovation support and open communication, which is crucial for the further development of the company. In the research, we will offer suggestions for improving organizational culture and management in the company, along with improving innovation, encouraging open communications, professional development of employees and greater flexibility in decision-making. This would enable the company to better adapt to market changes and increase employee creativity
