Iskanje je potekalo v podatkovnih bazah CINAHL, Web of Science in SAGE, z upoštevanjem vključitvenih in izključitvenih kriterijev.

Title:Human resource management in healthcare: strategies for preventing burnout
Abstract:Introduction: burnout among healthcare workers is a serious problem that negatively impacts their health, quality of care and organizational efficiency. This master’s thesis explores how human resource management strategies can contribute to prevent burnout in healthcare sector. Methods: A systematic literature review was conducted using descriptive analysis and thematic synthesis. The search was performed in the CINAHL, Web of Science and SAGE databases, applying inclusion and exclusion criteria. The quality of the articles was assessed using the CASP tool. Results: The analysis revealed that key factors contributing to burnout include stress, poor work environments and lack of support. Effective prevention strategies include mindfulness and relaxation techniques (e.g., yoga, music), work-life balance, improved communication and teamwork, and the creation of a work environment that promotes well-being. Discussion and Conclusion: The results indicate that a holistic approach is essential in reducing burnout. Leadership should foster psychosocial safety, provide training and monitor employee well-being. Future research should focus on the long-term effects of these strategies and their implementation in different healthcare surroundings.
