Title:Challenges and benefits of implementing e-learning from the perspective of employees in the company x
Abstract:This thesis examines the introduction of e-learning in the company X. The purpose of the research was to determine how employees perceive this form of training, which advantages and disadvantages they recognize, and whether their attitudes differ according to gender, age, job position, or level of education. The study was based on a survey questionnaire that collected demographic data and employees’ views on e-learning. The analysis showed that the main advantages are time flexibility, access from different locations, increased independence in learning, and easier progress tracking. The most frequently mentioned disadvantages were lack of personal interaction and the need for greater self-discipline. No significant differences were identified between groups based on gender, age, job position, or education. The findings suggest that e-learning is a suitable form of training for the company, as it enables employees to acquire knowledge in a flexible way. However, for greater effectiveness, it is recommended to implement additional support mechanisms to enhance organization and motivation in the learning process.
