Potek iskanja literature smo prikazali z uporabo diagrama poteka.

Title:Stress management of healthcare workers
Abstract:Introduction: Stress is an increasingly common phenomenon in the modern healthcare system, which has a significant impact on employee well-being and the quality of healthcare. This literature review deepens our understanding of the main causes of stress in healthcare workers and explores which strategies have proven to be most effective for managing it. Methods: We conducted a literature review. The search was conducted in the international databases PubMed, ScienceDirect and SAGE. The process of the literature search was illustrated using a flowchart. The articles included in the final analysis were critically appraised using the Joanna Briggs Institute tools. Thematic analysis was used. Results: From 1938 searches, nine articles were included in the final analysis. Using thematic analysis, we identified the main theme “Strategies for effective management and reduction of stress in healthcare workers” and three subthemes “Individual strategies”, “Organizational strategies” and “Effects of strategies on mental health”. Discussion and conclusion: Stress in healthcare workers represents one of the key challenges of the modern healthcare system. It can be effectively reduced through a combination of individual approaches such as mindfulness, physical activity and digital tools, as well as systemic changes. It is important that we not only talk about stress in healthcare but also take action.
