Podatki so bili zbrani s polstrukturiranimi intervjuji s tremi učenci, tremi strokovnimi delavkami in tremi starši ter analizirani z vsebinsko analizo in primerjavo perspektiv udeležencev.

Title:The impact of an individualized program on the development of students' learning habits and self-discipline: a case study of a selected elementary school
Abstract:The master's thesis examines the impact of an individualized program on the development of positive learning habits and self-discipline in students with learning difficulties in elementary school. The purpose of the research is to determine how IP affects the attitude towards learning, motivation, independence and perseverance of students and what role the student, professional workers and parents play in this. The research is based on a qualitative approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with three students, three professional workers and three parents and analyzed through content analysis and comparison of participants' perspectives. The results show that IP affects not only academic success but also the experience of learning. Learning tension and the feeling of failure are reduced, while the feeling of security, independence and control over learning increases, which leads to the gradual development of learning habits and self-discipline. Professional workers perceive changes at the behavioral level, while parents primarily perceive changes in self-confidence and readiness for work at home. Coordinated cooperation between school and family and systematic teaching of learning strategies play a key role.
