Znanstvene vire smo iskali v podatkovnih bazah PubMed, CINAHL (Ultimate) in Web of Science. Postopek izbire literature smo prikazali s pomočjo diagrama PRISMA.

Title:The impact of stressors on the mental health of nursing students during clinical training
Abstract:Introduction: Nursing students face numerous challenges during clinical training that can significantly impact their mental health. The purpose of this thesis was to investigate the impact of these factors on students mental health. Methods: A systematic review was conducted. Scientific sources were searched in the PubMed, CINAHL (Ultimate), and Web of Science databases. The literature selection process was presented using the PRISMA diagram. The selected studies were analyzed, compared, and their key findings synthesized. Results: Using inclusion and exclusion criteria and limitations, a total of 421 articles were identified. After removing irrelevant and inaccessible articles, 10 studies were included in the final analysis. The findings showed that students are exposed to numerous stressors related to the clinical environment, academic demands and interpersonal relationships which contribute to higher levels of stress, anxiety and depression. Discussion and conclusion: Stressors during clinical training significantly impact the mental health of nursing students. Effective coping strategies and adequate support in the clinical setting can mitigate the negative consequences of stress. Further research is needed on the long-term effects of stress and the effectiveness of interventions to reduce it.
